2021-07-12 - Traffic Calming and Walkability Project

The City seeks a contractor with a reliable, experienced, and qualified history in storm sewer
installation services in a comprehensive, timely, and efficient manner. The scope of work for the
contractor includes but is not necessarily limited to the following:
Work includes installation of three (3) round-a-bouts, removal of two (2) stop lights, drainage
improvements, median, moving two signs and street improvements.
Desirable Qualifications of Contractor
• Ability to meet the time requirements of the City.
• Excellent reputation for completing construction projects on time and on budget.
• Provide services at a reasonable cost.
Price
Please indicate firm bid amounts for performing the construction services detailed in this RFB. Price
should include mobilization, all equipment costs, all labor costs and administrative costs. There will
be no cost for permits through the City of Edgewater. Edgewater staff will coordinate the waiver of
permit costs, however, the contractor will still need to make application and submit all plans for
permits.
