The City reserves the right to bid any project, regardless of the project cost for services of Tradesmen when it is deemed in the best interest of the City.

·    Bids are to be completed on the form furnished and any exceptions to the specifications must be attached hereto and made a part of the contact. Retain one copy for your records.
Include, with bid, a representative list of 3-5 current or former contracts for similar services. With each reference, include contact name, address, telephone number, and a general description of the work performed.
·    Selected Bidder must have a current City Business License.
·    Selected Bidder must complete a W-9 form
·    Late bids will not be accepted.
·    The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state and federal taxes.
·    The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept any portion of the bid or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the City of Durango.
