The overall desire of this proposal is to find a solution that meets the City¡¦s long-range Municipal Court Case Management requirements including: „X A more efficient Court software application that interfaces with the Police Spillman RMS „X Accurate statistical data to meet Court and City reporting requirements „X Maintain the security and integrity of Court records in compliance with all federal, state and municipal laws „X Provide online Court services for citizens „X Provide electronic State reporting functionality „X Provide for future Collections Agency functionality No data conversion services are required for migration to the new case management application.
