RFP-EmergTeleSvcsAssoc09 - Management Svcs - Emerg Telephone Svc Assoc of La Plata County

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango and the Emergency Telephone Service Association of La Plata County invite all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required services, to submit proposals for Management Services for the Emergency Telephone Service Association of La Plata County. The successful contractor shall manage day-to-day operations of the Association. 

The intent of the Association is to hire a professional consultant for these services. There shall be no employment relationship created pursuant to this position and Contractor is and shall remain an independent contractor for all purposes of this position. 

Preference shall be given for consultants with a background in Public Safety and/or 911 Communications fields. Preference may also be given to consultants located in the Four Corners area.
