Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required products and services, to submit Proposals for Library Café or Refreshment Cart services for patrons of the Durango Public Library.

Selected Contractor shall provide, equip, stock, design, and be responsible for all costs necessary to operate a Café or Refreshment Cart featuring the highest quality food and beverage menu possible and to maintain a clean and esthetically pleasing operation. The menu and prices are subject to Library approval.
