Proposals shall not exceed 20 pages in length.
Title page: Each Proposal shall begin with a Title Page. It should display the words: “LAKE NIGHTHORSE CONCESSION”. It should also have the name of the company, owner’s name, title, email, business address and telephone number of the person authorized to obligate the company. Reference statement: Contractor shall submit a listing of one or more facilities or functions which they have provided services for which may be similar to the Lake Nighthorse Recreation Area. The reference statement shall include a brief description of the service to be provided, and identify a principal contact including the name, title, email, address, and telephone number. Provide an overview of the Contractor’s employees with background and history of company. Provide a list of three references for services.Provide list of proposed concessionaire display/set-up equipment. The City of Durango shall approve any and all equipment that shall be placed and used in the designated spaceprior to installation in the Concession Area. Include one (1) copy of any catalogs or color photographs of proposed equipment. Schedule of work: Contractor shall include the estimated time for complete set-up and must be ready for service after the time frame stated. REQUIRED: Contractor schedule MUST be within the hours of operation for the lake and recreation area. Contractors shall submit proposed hours of operation during the open season of April 5 – November 10 , 2024. Product and/or Service Options: Submittal shall include all product and/or service options, including proposed prices.E.Compensation: The Contractor must submit written acknowledgement of the compensation arrangement for Lake Nighthorse concessionaires of 30% of total monthly sales paid monthly to the City of Durango in the proposal.
Contractor shall submit proposal for onsite storage of equipment. The City of Durango shall approve any and all equipment that shall be placed and used in the designated space prior to installation in the Concession Area. Include one (1) copy of any catalogs or color photographs of proposed equipment. NOTE: Prefabricated storage containers such as Zircon® or similarly sized and constructed equipment will not be permitted. City of Durango is not liable for any theft of or damage to equipment stored on site.
