Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites all respondents to the Request for Information (RFI) Enterprise Asset Management, which was distributed in late 2008, to submit proposals for an Enterprise Asset Management System. The list of accepted Respondents includes: American Data Group Azteca (Cityworks) Cartêgraph Systems CitiTech ePAC Facilligence GBA Master Series Infor Public Sector Lockwood Technology MaintStar Sirius Tracker Software (PubWorks) VUEWorks ONLY those vendors who responded to the Request for Information (RFI), as listed above, may respond to this RFP. This Request for Proposals (RFP) establishes requirements and defines responsibilities of the proposing vendor to provide, implement, test, and document this new software system. For purposes of this RFP, the definitions of asset maintenance management and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) are used interchangeably with Enterprise Asset Management. The selected system must be a cost-effective and comprehensive capital assets infrastructure, facilities, and maintenance application serving the needs of the Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and General Services departments. An approved budget exists for the project with implementation to begin following the proposal award and successful contract negotiation.
