Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required services, to submit bids for a two-year contract for applicant and employee drug testing. Pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, follow-up, and Department of Transportation (DOT) random drug tests will be included in this bid. Contractors shall follow all requirements and specifications of Federal Regulations CFR 49 Part 40, for specimen collection and testing.
