Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required services, to submit proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) Services for Improvements to the Recycle Center, located at 710 Tech Center Drive, Durango, Colorado.

The City is seeking a skilled, professional, and dedicated partner to complete construction of the project in a cost-effective, competitive, and timely manner. The selection process has been designed to allow each contractor to clearly demonstrate their capabilities and interest in the project. Contractors are strongly advised to involve their proposed management team members in the proposal, estimate, and schedule preparation.
