Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required architectural services, to submit proposals for the 2009 calendar year. The services requested are for consultation on small projects and feasibility reviews. All major or multi-year projects will be advertised and contracted separately. The proposal should include a rate sheet for services offered. The award will be based upon the proposal that provides the best service at a competitive cost to the City. It will be advantageous if the firm has experience in commercial and public use, planning, and design services. Firm or individual experience in Central Business District Design Guidelines will be considered.
