IFB-Chipseal12 - 2012 Chipseal Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required service to submit bids to furnish and apply chipseal oil and embedded washed chips at one (1) location in the City of Durango. 

The project area is located within the City of Durango and encompasses one (1) City Street, as described below, equaling approximately 31,345 square yards. The work consists of pulverizing, shaping, and compacting. Placing a double application chipseal with CRS-2P chipseal oil, Type II (¾”) and Type I (3/8”) chips on City streets in accordance with Colorado Department of Transportation Specifications. The Contractor will supply street sweeping for the chipseal area. All other materials, equipment, and operators shall be supplied by the Successful Contractor.
