RFP-ArchSvcs08 - 2008 Architectural Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required architectural services, to submit proposals for the 2008 calendar year. The services requested may include but are not limited to consultation, conceptual design through construction documents, cost estimates, Planning Department requirements and engineering services on small projects and feasibility reviews. Services shall include project management as required All major or multi-year projects will be advertised and contracted separately. 

Proposals shall include a rate sheet for services offered. The award will be based upon the proposal that provides the best service at a competitive cost to the City. It will be advantageous if the firm has experience in commercial and public use, planning, and design services. It would also be helpful to the City if the selected firm has experience in landscape architecture.
