A minimum of three (3) hard copies and (1) soft copy PDF via email to Brian Peckins (bpeckins@cortezco.gov) or USB drive shall be submitted via mail or in person to the department of Public Works. Proposals shall be received by the City No Later Than 3:00 p.m. MST, on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2025 Contract Professional Engineering Services” and addressed as follows:
