The City of Cortez Public Works Department is requesting proposals (RFP) for professional traffic engineering services.
The RAISE Scoping and Transportation Master Planning Project will be funded with local agency dollars; as such, State and Federal reporting requirements will not apply to this project. The Consultant is to follow all pertinent local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. There is no DBE goal requirement set for this work.
Total amount payable to the Consultant shall not exceed $140,000 and with a performance period of the contract from the date approved by City Council (anticipated June 11, 2024) to August 1, 2024, for Phase 1 and to November 5, 2025, for Phase 2.
The proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be used as a basis for selecting the Consultant for this project. The Consultant’s proposal will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in Appendix B, “Evaluation Criteria,” of this RFP.
