The City of Cortez Public Works Department is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from Qualified, Professional, Municipal Water Rate Study Companies for services to include, but are not limited to, items listed in Section 1.3, Scope of Work. 1.1 Bid Qualifications  Must be experienced with municipal water rate evaluations;  Must be able to meet the general terms as described in this RFP; and  Must provide all equipment and personnel to perform the services requested.
