The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) for on-call professional engineering services and technical support, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to provide professional Services to the City in the area of Transportation Engineering staff augmentation with a focus on pedestrian safety and ADA improvements, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”).
