The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering team (A/E) to provide professional design services for the site planning and installation of two flush restroom facilities and the placement and construction of a full post tension concrete basketball court. The services will include research and development of construction documents for the site work, water, sanitary and electrical utilities. Project No. PRG-02-2024. All design work must be completed within 30 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
