2024-03 FAC - On-call Fire Alarm / Fire Suppression Maintenance and Repairs

The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) for fire suppression systems maintenance, repairs, inspections and testing for Commerce City fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, and fire/smoke devices to include on-call/on-demand services as needed. These services shall be provided to all City buildings and shall provide the City with compliance with then-current NFPA Life Safety Codes., as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to submit sufficient information to allow the City to select one or more Respondents to provide the Services on a non-exclusive basis and to enter into one or more contracts for a three (3) year period with two (2) potential annual renewals, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”).
