The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) for professional engineering design services for the reconstruction of 56th Avenue between Brighton Boulevard and Vasquez Boulevard, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to provide topographic survey, utility locates and SUE plans, geotechnical evaluation and pavement design, construction documents and specifications, a remedial investigation and feasibility study and a materials management plan in accordance with the CDOT Hazardous Materials Guide, right-of-way acquisition services, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”)
