Description

The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) to The City of Commerce City is seeking consultant services to develop a comprehensive multimodal implementation plan to further develop projects along Highway 2 from US85 to 88th Avenue as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to develop a conceptual design for the project to guide the City in its planning, development, and zoning decisions for the next several years (“Services”). Respondents should have successful experience in the past five (5) years with projects of similar size, function, and complexity as the Project described in this RFP.

Proposal including all information requested in this RFP. Proposals that do not meet RFP requirements may be considered non-compliant and rejected. Questions regarding this RFP must be received in writing via email no later than 5:00 PM MT on, Friday, June 23, 2023. Responses to questions will be on the City’s website and on the RMEPS as an addendum to the RFP. Questions must be submitted to:

Proposals must be received prior to 12:00 p.m. MT, Friday, July 07, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “Proposal for Corridor Study Project” the outside of the sealed envelope OR Proposals shall be submitted via e-mail titled “Proposal for Wayfinding System Project.”
