The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) to conduct an update to the City’s Transportation Master Plan (TMP), as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to complete
a corridor study that will help identify Complete Street improvements that accommodate future growth along with multimodal travel options, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services
section of this RFP (“Services”).
