The City of Commerce City (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced design consultants to provide professional engineering design, right-of-way acquisition services, and construction administration as set forth more fully below (“Services”), to support the City in its implementation of the 68th Avenue Multimodal Safety Improvements project (“Project”) as stated in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
This RFP provides a general description of services anticipated, submittal requirements, outlines selection criteria and the selection process. The response to this RFP (a “Proposal”) should serve as a complete and detailed approach to providing the Services. It is acceptable to create a team or use subcontractors to fulfill the Services, but any proposed subcontractors/team members must be dentified and their roles clearly defined in the Proposal.
A fee proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. Additional information regarding fee proposal submittal is indicated in Section VI - Form of Proposal.
NUMBER AND MANNER. Only one original proposal shall be submitted. Proposals shall be mailed or hand-delivered to the address below. Proposals shall not be submitted via facsimile, phone, or email.
IME. Proposals must be received by 4:00 P.M. MT on May 1, 2025. Late Proposals will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of each Respondent to ensure its Proposal is received by the City
by the date and time stated. Proposals will not be accepted after the due date and time.
QUESTIONS. Questions regarding this RFP process must be received in writing (e-mail or mail) no later than 1:00 P.M. on April 24, 2025 by the below contact. Responses to all questions will be
posted on the City’s website and on the RMEPS as an addendum to the RFP.
