Description

The project consists of excavating and exporting approximately 18,500 CY of material in order to construct a detention pond in the proposed location. Work includes, but is not limited to, construct concrete trickle channel, concrete forebay, gravel access road, concrete walking trail, outlet structures, 30” RCP removal and construction. The project is located in the existing open property north of the intersection of Woodmen Rd. and Yellowwood Dr.
 
The project must be completed not later than 90 days from Notice to Proceed.
