Conference will begin at the listed start time. Attendees will travel to multiple destinations along the Pikes Peak Highway ending at the summit of Pikes Peak. Please allow approximately three (3) hours for the site visit and make certain your travel vehicle is equipped with 4-wheel or all-wheel drive and contains a minimum ½ tank of fuel. If inclement weather ensues on a planned pre-proposal conference day, the meetings will be held in the Pikes Peak Administration Building devoid of the driving. Contractor's must attend at least one of the two meetings to sumbit a proposal.
