City of Colorado Springs (CITY) are seeking to establish a Tow/Hauling Vehicles/Equipment Services Contract relationship with manufacturers or suppliers who are experienced in providing services to Tow/Hauling vehicles/equipment that conform to the specifications provided. It is the intention of the City of Colorado Springs to establish a strategic business arrangement with suppliers/vendors for all vehicles and equipment. The overall goal of the Contract is to capitalize on the cost savings associated with standardization of the fleet.
