Summary of Specifications:
The El Paso County Contracts & Procurement Division is soliciting sealed, best value bids as the Lead Agency for a Multi-Agency solicitation for El Paso County, City of Colorado Springs and Colorado Springs Utilities (Solicitors). It is the intent of this specifications/Scope of Work to determine minimum acceptable standards for providing all labor, materials, equipment supplies and services required to provide trash collection, single stream recycling, and composting collection services for the Solicitors.
