Prospective bidders should park in short term parking, enter the Airport terminal, find the central elevators, pick up the phone on the wall at the base of the elevators (this will automatically dial the Airport Communication Center) and explain their business to the operator. The operator will allow access to the third floor. Once arrived at the third floor, prospective bidders should alert the receptionist of their business and the receptionist will direct prospective bidders to their meeting party / room. Potential bidders and subcontractors may also attend an escorted airfield tour of the project site after the pre-proposal meeting.
