The City of Colorado Springs (City) is soliciting information from qualified firms regarding technologies and methodologies available to assist with the administration of a Short-Term Rental (STR) licensing program. It is the City’s intent in issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gain an understanding of solutions available in the market, including:

• An understanding of tools, resources and methods utilized by industry providers to identify STRs and to enforce regulatory compliance
• To learn how data reliability is managed
• Identify what key performance indicators or other metrics are utilized by industry providers in other localities
• Insight into associated costs to assist with development of a budgetary estimate
