R23-040KK - Right of Way & Median Mowing

This formal request for a 1 (One) year contract with a 4 (Four) year option with includes the mowing of native/natural medians and rights of way (ROW) along designated roadways within the city limits of Colorado Springs. It also includes debris and trimming of hard scaped surfaces of medians and ROW connected to the native/natural medians and ROW. For the purposes of this Request, the City will be divided into three areas. These areas are further divided into primary and secondary areas. The total acreages will vary and are listed for each area in the referenced maps. Each year at option year renewal the city may add additional square feet of coverage area, this will be communicated with the request for the that years rates.
