Summary of Specifications:
The City of Colorado Springs is soliciting information from the vendor community for a potential future solicitation. The City of Colorado Springs Police Department is interested in developing an electronic policy and procedure system to service an employee base of approximately 1,000 personnel. This system will be required to warehouse and distribute information concerning various forms of procedural information (written, visual, audio, and/or video as technologies develop) so that employees can access, learn, and be held accountable for distributed information.
