The City of Colorado Springs, dba Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT), seeks proposals from qualified and—as regulations require—certified industrial hygiene and environmental engineering firms with expertise in illicit substance testing (specifically methamphetamine and fentanyl).

MMT seeks to establish an on-call contract for rapid-response substance testing services to enable prompt response to potential public health risks arising from illicit substance use in buildings or vehicles owned or operated by MMT and its contracted service providers.
