Description

The City of Colorado Springs DBA Mountain Metropolitan Transit is seeking a consultant to provide On-Call Real Estate Services. MMT is the designated recipient of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and will adhere to the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA) for real estate acquisitions. The selected consultant(s) must be certified acquisition consultants. Services may include acquisition of real property, public improvement easements, construction easements, right-of-way acquisition, relocation services, other real estate services as requested and negotiated by MMT required to meet the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 49.
