The City of Colorado Springs requests proposals for various On-Call Facilities Services. The City maintains approximately 200 buildings and is in need of a variety of contractors to complete minor and major projects on an as-needed and emergency basis. This RFP is to qualify firms for awards of contracts for On-Call Facilities Services. The City will be issuing multiple contract awards as a result of this RFP. Please see Exhibit 5 – Scope of Work for specialty areas and number of companies anticipated to be selected for each specialty. All funding will be issued via a task order if awarded a contract.
