Description

The City is seeking proposals for executive talent acquisition to meet the needs and requirements of executive-level recruitment(s). The City seeks firms that will recruit talent with specific desired qualifications, provide an outline of the search process, timelines associated with the work, and evaluation criteria of candidates all shared with City Recruiting.

As a result of this RFP, the City intends to enter into a contract with several selected firms to supply the City Executive Leadership team with a list of qualified service providers. The City will call upon the selected applicants only as needed to address specific needs as they arise.
