Summary of Specifications:
Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) would like to receive Bids from Concrete Installation Contractors for on call concrete services. MMT utilizes concrete contractors to complete bus stop ADA improvements, bus stop amenity improvements, and new bus stop installations, and for other small projects as needed. The intent of this proposal is to provide a rapid response service for the installation of concrete as needed by MMT. MMT would like to utilize one contractor for the next one year with four, one year each, renewal options to complete all of the required work within the bus system. Each project is estimated to range between $500.00-$20,000.00 with a an estimated annual maximum of $100,000.00 depending on budgets. These estimated figures are not guarantees! The winning contractor will be selected on a variety of criteria including responsiveness, quality of work, timeliness in completing work, the skills to complete a wide range of concrete and other work, references, and unit costs.
