RFP-077AM - Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region Cost Allocation Study

Summary of Specifications:
The service provided will consist of identifying, aggregating, and assigning costs for services outlined within El Paso County’s and the City of Colorado Springs service contracts with the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Regiion (HSPPR) for calendar years 2014, 2015, and 2016. The analysis and report will capture all costs of the HSPPR’s operation and determine appropriate direct allocations of or formulas for allocating the personnel, operational, and capital direct costs by program, then further allocate the organization’s indirect costs to each program and service provided.
