B17-005 NS - Cottonwood Creek Trail Extension at Austin Bluffs Pkway and Woodmen Rd

The City of Colorado Springs Parks Recreation and Cultural Services (Parks) is seeking bids to construct a portion of the Cottonwood Creek Trail. This trail segment involves drainage improvements to Cottonwood Creek as well as installing a pedestrian bridge across the creek to allow safe passage for pedestrians and cyclists underneath Woodmen Road. This section of trail will connect an existing concrete section of the Cottonwood Creek trail on the south side of Woodmen Road and will connect to a gravel section of trail on the east side of Austin Bluffs Parkway.
