R23-105DS - Auto Glass Services

City of Colorado Springs (CITY) are seeking to establish an AUTO GLASS SERVICES CONTRACT (on Light Duty Vehicles/Equipment, Medium Duty Vehicles/Equipment, Heavy Duty Vehicles/Equipment) relationship with manufacturers or suppliers who are experienced and/or certified in providing “R & I” (Remove & Install) services to vehicles/equipment that conform to the specifications provided.  It is the intention of the City of Colorado Springs to establish a strategic business arrangement with suppliers/vendors for all vehicles/equipment and auto-glass parts as needed.  The overall goal of the Contract is to capitalize on the cost savings associated with standardization of the fleet and have a “will call” or “scheduled” services.
