The City of Cherry Hills Village (“City”) is inviting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Real Estate Broker (“Broker”) services to the City (“Services”). The Broker will work with the Deputy City Manager to represent the City in the sale of City-owned property known as 90 Meade Lane (“Property”). Proposers responding to this RFP must hold an active and valid Colorado Real Estate Broker License.
