2018-003 - Cherry Hills Village City Hall Demolition and Construction

Project Description:
The scope of work includes completion of a new 10,000 square foot City Hall with offices, council chambers, break room, conference rooms, equipment rooms and meeting rooms. Work will also include over lot grading, parking lots, storm drainage, utility improvements such as water, sewer, electrical, and gas. Demolition of the current facilities (City Center, Public Works Garage and existing asphalt and concrete pavement is also included in the project.) Location of the work is at 2450 East Quincy Avenue in the City of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado.
