2020-005 - 2020 Information Technology ("IT") Support Services

The City of Cherry Hills Village ("City) is soliciting proposals from Information Technology Firms that have significant governmental IT support experience at the municipal level.  The City anticipates entering into an annual contract with the option to renew, subject to City Council approval, for a period of five (5) years.  The ideal vendor must have a presence onsite for at least twenty (20) hours a week to resolve day to day computer software and network issues that arise in accordance with maintenance and support benchmarks.
