Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cherry Hills Village will receive sealed bids at the City's office located in the Village Center, 2450 East Quincy Avenue, Cherry Hills Village, Colorado 80113, until 10:00 a.m., local time, Monday, March 18, 2013 for the 2013 Street Improvement Programs Asphalt Milling and Overlay Project. There will be no public bid opening. All work is located in the City of Cherry Hills Village, and consists of constructing approximately 1325 tons of a 2-inch asphalt overlay with 7263 square yards of edge and full depth milling and other miscellaneous items within the City of Cherry Hills Village in the areas outlined in the bid documents. All bids must be prepared on the bid form provided with the Contract Documents and delivered in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for 2013 Street Improvement Programs Asphalt Milling and Overlay Project." Bids must be prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Advertisement, the Instruction to Bidders and other related documents collectively known and referred to as the Contract Documents.
