The City is requesting sealed proposals from qualified service providers for services as defined in the Scope of Work section of this RFP, which generally include a review of the City’s current position in regards to applicable digital accessibility and the development of a comprehensive and actionable strategy, or “roadmap”, for compliance. This will not involve directly assessing digital content for accessibility, but focus instead on analysis of existing data, and the development of strategies, plans, processes and other related activities.
