25-06-02 - Construction Management and Public Information Services

The City of Centennial is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management, inspection and public information services for the Lone Tree Creek trail underpass at Arapahoe Road.  The Service Provider selected for this work will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and supplies required for satisfactory completion of the work. This construction of this project will be funded with Federal grants and will need to follow the Colorado Department of Transportation Local Agency Manual requirements. Construction management included with this proposal will be paid for by the City of Centennial.  The service provider is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment and supplies required for the satisfactory completion of the work.
