Removal and replacement of damaged concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement. The work will also include the mill and overlay of asphalt pavement areas and installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, and ADA truncated domes, and restriping the parking lot. Replacement of an MSE retaining along Fremont Avenue and addition of a new retaining wall adjacent to Jordan Road are also included with the scope of work.
