Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be no more than 20 pages total. All pages must be formatted as 8 ½” X 11” with a minimum 10 pt. font. The City will allow up to two (2) 11”x17” pages within the proposal. Each 11”x17” page will count as 2 pages towards the page limit. The following sheets will not be counted towards the 20-page limit: cover page, table of contents, tabs or dividers, and resumes. When numbering pages in the proposal, only number those pages that count towards the page limit.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Proposals shall include a separate electronic file with the consultant’s fee proposal and may be formatted on 11” x 17”. The Fee proposals shall be presented on an hourly basis for each of the major tasks necessary to complete the project. The sealed fee proposal envelope shall be uploaded separately on BidNet to “Envelope 2- Fee Proposal” and is not included in the 20-page limit of the proposal. Failure to separate the fee proposal from the written proposal will result in immediate disqualification.
