Due to the importance of all Proposers having a clear
understanding of the scope of the work and requirements of this solicitation, a Proposer
must be in attendance during the entire pre-proposal conference in order to submit a
Proposal. Proposals will only be accepted from those in attendance.
It is required that you pre-register for the pre-proposal meeting and only
one representative per company may attend. Please email procurement@brightonco.gov
using the subject line “RSVP Pre-Proposal 23-001b” and include the name, phone
number, and email address of the person who will be attending.
