The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of a qualified professional, or team of professionals, (the “Professional”) to prepare a complete master plan, including construction documents and construction oversight, for an approximately 34-acre undeveloped site that shall transform the location into an outdoor sports complex. The site is located near the southeast corner of South 40th Avenue and Southern Street in Brighton, Colorado 80601 (see Appendix A). Professions relevant to the project include but are not limited to architecture, landscape architecture, parks and athletic facility planning, civil engineering, etc.
Statewide
