The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the removal of the existing window glass and the complete installation of new energy efficient Low E tinted window glass in the new Brighton City Hall as stated in the Special Conditions and Technical Specifications of the Invitation to Bid.
