Summary of Specifications:
NOTE: SHORT TURN AROUND TIME. The City of Brighton is requesting written sealed proposals from qualified geotechnical consulting/engineering firms to provide the City with an investigation and interpretation determining whether the slurry walls at Ken Mitchell Lakes/Erger’s Pond have been compromised and warrant repair in five separate locations. Phase 1 will be the investigation and interpretation of damage as well as the review of the proposed repair plan to the known damaged slurry wall. Phase 2 will include design documents and cost estimates 1 for the proposed repair to the problem area/areas.
